Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Morganville, NJ, where you'll be integrated into an interactive team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other allied health personnel. Our outpatient clinic fosters a vibrant atmosphere that prioritizes teamwork and open communication, making it easier for you to consult and collaborate on patient cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatment for up to three adult patients per hour, focusing on maintaining a personalized, patient-driven approach.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, taking into consideration their medical history and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational instructions that empower patients in their recovery process.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Medical Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to coordinate the best approaches for optimized patient care.
• Utilize the CureMD electronic medical record (EMR) system for precise documentation of patient evaluations, treatment updates, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily cater to a diverse adult patient demographic, primarily ranging from ages 40 to 65, who present with various musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation needs. This targeted focus allows you to enhance your expertise in age-specific therapeutic approaches and focus on long-term, sustainable health improvements.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in NJ.
• Two years of clinical experience in a related therapy role is required.
• Strong communications, interpersonal skills, and a client-centered approach are essential to support effective patient engagements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly regarded but is not an absolute requirement for this role. Candidates with diverse clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Additional certifications related to rehabilitation techniques or patient care will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
