Primary Care Physician
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site)
Salary: $200,000 – $350,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join a well-established and growing practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, clinically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality care for adult and/or family populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active North Carolina medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
• U.S. medical graduate (stateside required)
• 5–20 years of experience in a primary care setting
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
