We are seeking a talented Captain to join our world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Captain Assistant will be responsible for leading service, working with and supporting the dining room team to provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge. What we’re looking for: Proven success as a Captain within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings. Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner. Thrives in high-end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
