• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service.

• Manage scheduling and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, staff evaluations, and performance management.

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
