Starting Pay Range: $28.00 to $32.00 depending upon experience, education, and licensure.
This is an in-person position. No remote work.
What you would be doing in this role:
- Conducting property tours and inspections
- Maintenance coordination
- Tenant and owner relations
- Qualifying tenants
- Marketing for new properties
- Advertising vacancies
- Performing data entry and file management tasks
- Maintaining positive relationships and communication with team members and company departments
What we’d like you to bring:
- Recent Property Management experience.
- Experience in apartment and single-family home management.
- Current California Real Estate license.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback to improve service.
- Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to be highly accurate with critical information and able to adapt during constant interruption of duties.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Solid attendance history and a dedication to continuous employment.
- Positive & productive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional dress & demeanor.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Appfolio software experience helpful.
- Clean DMV record.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Dedication to continuous employment.
