Role Description The Head of Paid Media is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This role leads the strategy, planning, and execution of paid media campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and programmatic. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing data-driven media plans, overseeing campaign setup and optimization, managing budgets, and ensuring performance targets are met. The Head of Paid Media collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing objectives, while mentoring and guiding team members on best practices. The role also involves monitoring market trends, testing new platforms and formats, and reporting performance insights to senior leadership. Qualifications Strong experience in Media Strategy and Media Planning, with a track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns at scale. Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex performance data and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing across major platforms, focusing on performance and acquisition objectives. Background in Public Relations or reputation management, with the ability to integrate paid media into broader brand initiatives. Proficiency with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), analytics tools, and attribution models. Experience leading and developing paid media teams, including coaching, goal setting, and performance management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions under time constraints. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital advertising are a plus.
