About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Deal Operations to lead and oversee private deal investment accounting and operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of deal activities and investment lifecycle events in accounting systems, facilitating deal fundings, cash positioning, and hedging. This role requires a strong background in private deal investment accounting and operational workflows, with a focus on managing complex investment accounting tasks and enhancing operational efficiency. The AVP will also be involved in cross-functional initiatives, developing and managing team resources, and establishing KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous process improvement. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President, Deal Operations position at the company must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in investment operations or accounting. A deep understanding of private deal investment accounting, cash movements, and forecasting across complex structures is essential.
