Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for clients of varying age groups and demographics.

• Utilize our streamlined billing service to manage client claims, track accounts receivable, and facilitate payments.

• Efficiently document all client interactions, including session notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Manage your own schedule to maintain an active caseload, ensuring appointments are consistently arranged and updated.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists to refine techniques, share clinically relevant insights, and ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Main Street Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will assist clients from different cultural backgrounds, with the opportunity to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. This role is essential in not only improving mental health outcomes but also in fostering personal growth and resilience in clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current LCSW licensure, enabling you to practice independently in the state of Texas.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

• Availability to provide services on a full-time basis, including a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings each week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
