Physical Therapist

We're hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to cover Alexandria and the surrounding communities. Our Northern Virginia office is located in Falls Church, but you'll spend your days visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes across the Alexandria area, doing the hands-on PT work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you help build. This role is a good fit for PTs who want clinical autonomy, real one-on-one time with patients, and a tight service area that doesn't have you scattered across the region.

Your primary focus would be on Alexandria area — Old Town, Del Ray, Eisenhower, West End, and the surrounding Alexandria neighborhoods. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.

What You'll Do:

• Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver rehabilitation services focused on strength, balance, and mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning
• Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

What We're Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia (or eligible)
• Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseload
• WellSky experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
