Assistant Bookkeeper
Proficient in QB. Seeking a dedicated Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team, supporting the accurate and efficient management of financial records. This role involves assisting with various accounting functions, including data entry, inventory, and invoice cataloging. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in QuickBooks accounting software. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in corporate accounting environments while contributing to the organization's financial integrity.
Qualifications
Proven recent experience as a bookkeeper or assistant bookkeeper, ideally within corporate sectors.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online).
Strong understanding of accounting concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and double-entry bookkeeping.
Familiarity with inventory systems and spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
