Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial consultation through to placement.
• Serve as a Client Partner , engaging with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements, pain points, and company culture.
• Implement Strategic Sourcing by utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own network and innovative communication tools.
• Maximize Our Platform to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate outreach, automate follow-ups, and keep your workflow organized.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that ensure enduring value for our clients and significant commissions for yourself.
• Champion Thought Leadership as we enhance both MLR and your brand.

• 2–3 years of experience in agency recruiting or sales
