Key Responsibilities Be a part of a team of innovative recruiting function, looking to lead the way in the space of talent acquisition. Build partnerships with field operational leaders to discuss talent attraction and selection processes. Lead an exceptional team of recruiting professionals filling critical field positions, including patient care technicians, registered nurses, and clinical leadership. Instrumental in building the department in concert with national operations management. Provide day‑to‑day management, ongoing education, support, inspiration, and coaching of recruiters responsible for all stages of recruitment. Own the entire recruiting function for the business lane. Establish and manage a cohesive recruiting team; ensure effective recruiting processes are in place; provide coverage to fill high‑impact roles (16-18 direct reports). Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to improve candidate quality and time to hire. Lead the team to utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to the fullest extent. Consult with operational business partners on recruiting process, strategy and expectations. Execute and track performance of recruiting strategies to meet defined goals and metrics. Monitor and track metrics, identify trends, redirect the team to manage workload and reach established goals. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete for top talent. Manage internal and external recruiting activities including teammate referral programs and student internship programs. Build effective relationships with all clients (internal/external) to accomplish goals. Centralize communications; streamline reporting processes to Recruiting Director and identify contributors and inhibitors to recruitment strategies in geographic markets. Serve as recruiting liaison for company‑sponsored committees and initiatives. Design and effectively manage pilot recruitment programs, leading to successful rollout of high‑impact, simplified recruiting methods. Work with PSMs and PSD to identify recruitment challenges within regions and divisions. Develop and foster strong partnerships with People Services management, region/division management, and corporate recruiting. Other duties as requested, assigned, or needed. Know, understand, implement, and follow DaVita teammate and employment guidelines. Salary Range The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00–$135,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
