Essential Skills & Experience: Industry Expertise: 4+ years of proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or LogTech. Good knowledge of road transportation is a must have. Technical Fluency: Skilled in translating complex customer requirements into functional technical designs and ERP/TMS integration scenarios. Communication Mastery: Fluency/ Native in German with a proficient level of English and the ability to lead workshops and influence C‑level stakeholders. Analytical Mindset: Expert at performing end‑to‑end assessments to identify operational pain points and develop data‑driven business cases. Bonus Points For: Direct experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or the Supply Chain Tech industry. Deep knowledge of Transporeon’s specific product portfolio and system architecture.
