Your duties will include: Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth operation of all kitchen services Maintaining high standards across food quality, presentation, and consistency The ability to follow recipes while adding energy and precision to every dish Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards Managing stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Training, mentoring, and developing junior team members Taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence What we’re looking for This role would suit an experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a quality‑focused environment in Beverley.
