Sales Associate - Phone, LiveChat, eMail

We're are a dynamic and growing e-commerce start-up that is looking for several full-time sales representatives to help us with our direct marketing needs.
Your responsibilities:
- Learn about the furniture industry and provide great service to clients
- Help clients choose the best products for them
- Help company increase market share in the growing furniture e-commerce industry
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from clients
- Maintain knowledge of the company's offerings
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and telephone in an efficient and effective manner
Your qualifications:
- Have a strong sales background
- Strong computer skills
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Should not have a foreign accent
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
