Our Parts Managers are tasked with leading a team of experts who strive for internal and external customer satisfaction Responsibilities Understand, implement and lead by the General RV Core Values. Ensure our internal and external customers receive superior service through associates that are product knowledge experts. Build a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork and mutual respect. Lead by example. Support team member growth and development by supporting a culture of learning. Oversee execution of daily operational processes including inventory counts, special order parts and shipping and receiving. Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable to those expectations. Monitor KPI’s of department and individual team members to meet sales targets. Qualifications Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Goal oriented with a track record for meeting goals. Experience in inventory control with daily cycle counts. Ability to lead and hold other accountable. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to work with a wide range of customers. Schedule availability that aligns with a retail environment (early morning, evening and weekends). Must be detail oriented. Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must. Valid driver’s license.
