Administrative Assistant

Job Description Job Description Platform Sports Bar & Restaurant in Charlotte is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support daily operations across management, human resources, and community engagement. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and juggling a variety of projects. Responsibilities include: Assist with new hire onboarding, employee paperwork, and personnel records. Maintain management and event calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate reminders. Update company website content and job postings. Create engaging social media content and assist with marketing and community or promotional campaigns. Support planning and execution of restaurant events and private functions. Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed. Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Experience in marketing, HR, or administrative roles preferred. Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. Availability for approximately 15–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
