IT Support Technician

Requirements Must have: We are looking for someone with strong professional IT support experience; our application asks how many years you have worked in the field. We prefer candidates with hands‑on knowledge of Windows10/11, Microsoft365, Active Directory or MicrosoftEntraID, basic networking, printers and scanners, remote support tools, hardware repair, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, and ticketing systems. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Azure, firewalls, HIPAA or healthcare IT, or a managed service provider environment is a plus. You need a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. You must be comfortable traveling throughout the Puget Sound region, including routes between Edmonds and Tacoma. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. You must bring excellent customer service abilities. You need to be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities: We answer and resolve incoming support requests by phone, email, and remote tools. We troubleshoot Windows10/11 computers, laptops, and Microsoft365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive. We set up new computers and user accounts. We resolve printer, scanner, peripheral, mobile device, password, MFA, and account access issues. We document our work carefully in the ticketing system and elevate complex issues when needed. We deliver a consistently positive customer experience on every interaction. We travel to client sites across the Puget Sound area to deploy workstations, install monitors, printers, docking stations, and other peripherals, and support network and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting. We install and replace networking equipment, perform preventative maintenance, assist with office moves and technology rollouts, and work directly with physicians, executives, and office staff. We represent our company professionally at every client location.
