2027 Future Talent Program - Commercial Leadership Development Program MBA Intern
Merck
Merck seeks an MBA candidate for a summer 2027 commercial internship focused on developing business acumen and cross-functional capabilities. Participants will work on high-impact projects across marketing, sales, and operations, with potential transition to the full-time Commercial Leadership Development Program.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to operational priorities on assigned internship projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and operations
- Apply data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
- Translate insights into clear presentations for executive audiences
- Deliver capstone presentation with actionable recommendations and business impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Currently enrolled in MBA program with May 2028 graduation
- Minimum 3 years full-time professional work experience
- Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to influence without authority in matrixed environments
- Experience in brand management, growth marketing, or consulting (preferred)
