Key Responsibilities Support and oversee culinary operations for multiple accounts Train, mentor, and develop chefs, raising overall skill levels Serve as the regional pitmaster expert for smoking and live‑fire cooking Drive menu development, innovation, and new culinary program rollouts Guide chefs on cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management Ensure high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation Partner with culinary and marketing teams to enhance the guest experience Preferred Qualifications Culinary degree preferred 5+ years of culinary management experience 2+ years of multi‑site culinary leadership Proven pitmaster or barbecue experience High‑volume production and catering experience Strong leadership skills and passion for growth Apply to Eurest today!
