Description
Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Range: $28-$30 an hour | Monday though Friday from 8am-5pm
We’re looking for an experienced Admin Lead to join our automotive Business Office/Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong dealership accounting experience who has worked across multiple areas of the Business Office and understands the day-to-day accounting operations of an automotive dealership.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative and accounting functions
- Review and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, and other accounting functions
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain organized dealership files and records
- Assist with inventory and other dealership accounting processes
- Provide support and guidance to administrative staff
- Partner with management and the Accounting Department to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- CDK experience required
- Strong experience across all areas of accounting
- Hands-on experience in different accounting positions/functions within an automotive Business Office
- Previous experience handling a variety of accounting responsibilities
- Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting and leading the administrative team
