About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Data and AI Transformation. This executive will be a key leader in the technology organization, responsible for driving the strategic planning, development, and execution of the firm's enterprise AI and data strategy. The role involves owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and data initiatives that significantly impact the company's operations, investment decisions, and global business value. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing an industry-leading enterprise AI and data organization, defining and executing transformation roadmaps, and ensuring that investments in AI and data are aligned with the firm's strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in leading enterprise technology, AI, data, digital transformation, product management, strategy, or consulting. The position requires a proven track record in enterprise transformation, team management, and driving organizational change in technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data governance, and modern technology platforms, as well as experience in developing enterprise governance frameworks and change management programs. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and the candidate should possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders. The role also demands a strong commercial mindset, experience in managing strategic technology vendors, and familiarity with regulatory, privacy, security, and compliance considerations in AI and data deployment.
