This position operates in a remote work setting with the option for in-person meetings at our outpatient office in Atlanta. Key Responsibilities\n

As an integral member of our clinical team, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both individual and family therapy approaches.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing complex issues such as communication breakdowns, grief and loss, substance abuse, and family conflicts, with a holistic approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy methods to drive better patient outcomes and enhance therapeutic alliances.
\n
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with clients to ensure alignment with their goals.
\n
• Document session details accurately and maintain comprehensive records to comply with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a wide breadth of issues such as:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency challenges.
\n
• Psychological trauma from physical or emotional abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss support.
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalries and communication barriers.

• Challenges facing blended families and remarriage dynamics.

• Support during transitions such as separation and divorce.
\n
• Managing stress from work-related and medical issues.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong clinical skills with a focus on providing patient-centered care.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in teletherapy and an understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities are considered an asset. Flexible availability to accommodate a work schedule of at least 30 hours per week is preferred.
