AP/AR Specialist

AP/AR Specialist - Immediate Need Midtown (Hybrid)
We are looking for someone to assist with AP, AR, bank reconciliations and v-look ups in excel.
Maintain key accounting records and financial reports.
Enter in invoices, prepare checks, file and mail them.
Ensure bank deposits are filed accurately.
Send AR aging reports out.
Create and calculate monthly sales tax spreadsheet along with filing sales tax with the state.
Prepare delinquent reporting and make collection calls on those accounts.
Download, reconcile and file monthly credit card statements.
MS Office Suite with EXCEL and any ERP systems.
