Social Media Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for developing and implementing strategy that elevates our brand presence Engages our audience Drives brand awareness, consideration, and conversion Develop channel‑by‑channel goals and effectively measure success Ideate and create daily skincare‑focused social posts Manage the execution of day‑to‑day posting across all social media accounts Collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, Digital, Sales, Creative and Innovation teams to maximize brand priorities Lead the creation of highly effective social briefs Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly social media reports Assist with content creation including but not limited to video editing and photo cropping Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 4+ years in Social Media Marketing or equivalent experience preferred Must be based in the Los Angeles area Skincare and/or beauty industry background preferred Deep understanding of social media platforms and stays up‑to‑date on industry and platform trends Attention to detail; demonstrates passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams Excellent written communication skills as copywriting a crucial part of this role Must be comfortable in a fast‑paced business environment, be a driven contributor and work effectively and collaboratively with team members. On top of entertainment, culture and trends; understanding what appeals to people (and algorithms) Self‑starter with a hands‑on approach Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Social Media Marketing with a focus on brand strategy, audience engagement, and content creation. Proficient in analyzing social media performance and trends within the Skincare and Beauty industry.
