Strategy and Operations Manager - US Governance & Experience - TikTok Shop Location: Seattle Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A138755 Responsibilities TikTok Shop's Governance and Experience (GNE) team is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. The GNE Data Science, Strategy and Insight will work closely with the business from new business opportunities exploration to key metrics set‑up. In the team, you can have a chance to understand the whole live shopping business model and make an impact with us. Responsible for US e‑commerce business strategy, involved in business development and key metrics analysis. Conduct industry research including but not limited to merchants or product governance, user experience improvement, logistics support and other fields, refining and summarizing industry best practices and providing specific implementation solutions and recommendations. Use analytics tools to produce critical business insights, to ensure cross‑functional alignment of goals and execution, and help the team build strategic partnerships and drive initiatives forward. Qualifications 2 years professional experience in strategy or strategy operations, with domain knowledge in e‑commerce, marketplace business, consumables or technology. Ability to conduct in‑depth research and analytics projects independently. Outstanding framework and logic, sensitive to data, good communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast‑pace work environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in management consulting or business strategy will be a plus. SQL‑related experience will be a plus. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $209380 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
