Talent Manager @ Three Roads Agency
\nRemote | Contract | Monthly retainer plus commission
\n \nThree Roads Agency represents creators and creative talent. We’re hiring talent managers who want to grow their book of business with the infrastructure of an agency behind them, while keeping control of how they work.
\n \nThe role
\nYou’ll manage and grow a roster of creators, bringing the talent you represent today and adding to it from there. Our systems handle deal tracking, contracts, payments and reporting, so your time goes into brand relationships, career development and closing deals rather than administration.
\n \nCompensation is a mix of retainer and commission, weighted to the size of your roster and the revenue it generates. Managers who join while building a roster start on a lower retainer with more of their compensation in commission. The role is structured to become full-time as the roster and revenue grow.
\n \nResponsibilities

- Manage and grow a roster of creators, creatives or other talent \n
- Develop monetization strategies and long-term career plans for your talent \n
- Pitch, negotiate and close brand partnerships and campaigns \n
- Work with other Three Roads managers on cross-roster opportunities \n
- Run deals, contracts, payments and reporting through our systems \n
- Build relationships with brands, agencies and platform partners \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- An active roster you can bring to Three Roads, or the ability to build one quickly \n
- Experience in creator, influencer, talent or model management \n
- A track record negotiating brand deals and creating monetization opportunities \n
- Comfortable working independently as part of a team \n
