\nLocation – 370 Lexington Avenue, 16th Floor, NY, NY 10016
\nSchedule – Mon – Thurs in Office, Fri WFH

\n \nAbout the Role
\nWe are currently hiring an Executive Recruiter to support our Office Support Division. In this capacity, you will recruit for the following types of roles at Hedge Funds, Credit Funds & Private Equity Funds in the Tri-State Area –
\n \n1. Executive/Personal Assistants
\n2. Office Management
\n3. Human Resources
\n4. Receptionists
\n5. Talent Acquisition
\n \n• Full life-cycle of recruiting including: cold calling, prescreening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews
\n• Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market
\n• Responsibilities include the oversight of the entire recruitment cycle; identifying suitable candidates, phone and in-person behavioral/technical screening, reference checks, negotiating job offers, and supporting candidates through post-hire process.
\n• Utilize creative sourcing techniques, involving; cold-calling, warm canvassing, referrals, media leads, database mining, research from industry newsletters and media leads, online and social networking, industry events, etc.
\n• Successful search consultants will perform research on companies, industry, and job functions for candidate identification purposes. Additionally, executive recruiters are expected to prospect, and manage relationships with hiring managers.
\n• Maintain network of candidates using company’s applicant tracking system
\n• Successful recruiters are expected to get out of the office and meet candidates and clients in person to solidify relationships
\n \nDesired Skills & Experience
\n• Bachelor’s Degree
\n• 2 - 5 years’ experience in administration/sales/recruiting
\n• Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n• Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
