- Location: Mid-town NYC office · Hybrid: on-site Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays \n

Position summary
\nThe Head of Human Resources owns the people function at Atlantic Group. This person sets HR strategy, runs day-to-day HR operations, and advises leadership on everything that affects how we hire, pay, develop and keep our people. The role is both strategic and hands-on, and partners closely with the executive team.

Qualifications:
\nRequired
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field \n
- 8+ years of HR experience required, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry, with experience supporting temporary or contract workforces strongly preferred. \n
- Generalist background across recruiting, compensation & payroll, benefits, employee relations and compliance \n
- Hands-on payroll and benefits administration experience, including leave programs (FMLA, NY Paid Family Leave) and ACA reporting (1094-C/1095-C) \n
- Working knowledge of employment law \n

- Salary range: $150k–$200k based on experience \n
