• Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000 base + $30,000-60,000 bonus + Commissions up to 50%

• Location / Working model: NYC, Midtown | Hybrid 4x a week in office

The Associate Vice President / Vice President – Supply Chain Recruitment will lead, coach, and grow a specialist recruitment team while driving commercial performance across complex supply chain and manufacturing markets.

Role Highlights

\n

– Lead and develop a team of recruitment consultants, setting clear commercial and performance expectations

\n

– Own team revenue, forecasting, activity levels, and quarterly targets while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth

\n

– Build and strengthen senior client relationships across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, operations, and engineering

\n

– Coach consultants on business development, candidate delivery, negotiation, and long-term account development

\n

– Help grow a current multi-million-dollar team operation toward a significantly larger revenue base through people and market development

\n

\n

You Will Need

\n

– 4–6+ years of professional experience in recruitment, staffing, or a closely related specialist talent environment

\n

– At least 1 year of people-management experience; 3+ years is preferred, with flexibility for a strong emerging leader

\n

– Demonstrated commercial performance and confidence managing revenue-focused targets

\n

– Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder-management, and business-development skills

\n

– A practical, accountable leadership style with the ambition to progress through an AVP, VP, and SVP career path

\n
