Senior EDP Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst Job Summary (List Format):
- Support Marketing and Data Analytics projects and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to establish project vision and scope.
- Analyze and document current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop business, functional, and user requirements to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business areas and technology teams by understanding and evaluating business requirements.
- Help define and deliver projects and solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop domain expertise in supported business functions.
- Participate in creating multi-year business strategies, capability plans, and technology roadmaps.
- Work within the Marketing domain, including areas such as Email Program Support, Modeling and Audience Targeting, Customer Acquisition, Data Feeds, Customer File Maintenance, Promotions, Campaign Management, and Customer Insights & Analytics.
