Job Type: Temp / Temp-to-Hire / Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends
Training: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Permanent Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: On-Site Orangeburg, NY

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Accounts Payable/Admin professional to join a fast-paced water treatment company. This role will support AP, AR, billing, and general administrative functions in a high-volume office environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor bills using QuickBooks Desktop

• Assist with AP, AR, billing, and customer payments

• Process checks, ACH, credit cards, and online payments

• Monitor and manage a high-volume email inbox

• Upload invoices and documents through customer portals

• Track customer orders, payments, and aging reports

• Handle incoming mail, packages, and general office tasks

• Maintain insurance, safety, and compliance documentation

• Assist with general administrative and front desk duties

Qualifications

• QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred

• Strong computer skills and comfort with cloud-based systems

• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and basic Excel

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-volume environment

• Recent college graduates and entry-level candidates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
