As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic business development, account management, and key marketing initiatives. This highly visible role is responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, generating qualified leads, and helping expand the EVERWhite brand across multiple markets.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to make a measurable impact within a growing manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Develop and execute strategies to grow sales across education, healthcare, corporate, manufacturing, industrial, Division 10 construction, government, and reseller channels.

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and trade shows.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, contractors, architects, and end users.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional sales opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations through Zoom, phone, and in-person meetings.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing while negotiating and closing new business opportunities.

Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting through order completion.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reporting.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and successful project execution.

Identify opportunities to expand international sales and develop new distribution partnerships.

Work closely with the Everase division to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize customer value.

Marketing Support & Growth

Support and execute the company's marketing strategy to generate qualified sales leads.

Develop annual sales plans and contribute to marketing strategies that support overall business growth.

Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors as needed.

Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives including website content, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media, and online lead generation.

Assist with new product launches, promotional campaigns, trade show planning, and sales collateral.

Analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.

Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to help guide product positioning and business strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).

5+ years of successful B2B sales and business development experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial products, or related industries.

Working knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM best practices.

Demonstrated success prospecting, developing new business, and closing complex sales opportunities.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Experience using CRM software (Sage CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms).

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry trade shows.

Candidates located within approximately 30 minutes of Warminster, PA are preferred.
