Compliance Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Compliance Administrative Assistant to provide both administrative and technical support to our Compliance department, ensuring the company meets all applicable regulatory requirements. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing logbooks, bulk, and fill tickets for accuracy, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and completeness. You will also scan, file, and archive all production records.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Quality/Compliance experience, preferably in a Manufacturing setting. Strong computer skills and technical writing skills. Must have a strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will understand the Good Manufacturing Practices for drug and cosmetic products and the Good Documentation Practices consistent with industry standards.

Shift

Monday - Friday 7 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
