We are looking for a relationship‑oriented Builder Service Specialist to join our Builder Services team. Key Responsibilities Support, manage, and serve as main point of contact for assigned builder accounts. Set and achieve account goals. Handle high‑level complaints and concerns. Answer high volume calls. Collaborate with co‑workers and management to stay up to date with products. Perform confirmation pre‑calls for delivery and installation. Support ongoing improvement of departmental and company performance. Qualifications Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in customer service or account management (3–5 years). Strong communication and relationship building skills. Positive, go‑getter attitude with high follow‑up skills. Ability to work in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments and handle multiple tasks. Team player willing to take direction. Highly motivated, results‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Good judgment for managing conflicting demands and priorities. Strong initiative and ability to seek relevant information for timely decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and minimum typing speed of 50 WPM. Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
