Real Estate Paralegal

The Paralegal provides support to the Legal Department by preparing and drafting lease agreements, abstracting leases, managing lease administration, and assisting with service and event agreements. This role also handles related legal documentation and provides administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. Primary Responsibilities: Prepare initial drafts and manage letters of intent, lease agreements, lease amendments, and related documents for prospective and current tenants Modify agreements and legal documents in both Word and PDF formats Handle lease administration, including tracking deadlines and key lease provisions Abstract leases and summarize critical terms Create and maintain lease review charts outlining essential provisions Prepare and send tenant notices Draft event agreements and service agreements Prepare legal document binders for the General Counsel Provide administrative support: answering phones, opening mail, placing follow-up calls Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the Legal Department #J-18808-Ljbffr
