Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique situations.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to address emotional and behavioral issues.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding promptly to urgent client needs, and implementing appropriate treatment strategies to ensure the safety and health of the individual.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and significant events in accordance with departmental policies and best practices.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, family members, and support systems to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and facilitate discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing support and therapy primarily to adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is essential.
