Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Lenexa, Kansas. This role is ideal for a calm, organized, and solutions-focused customer care professional who enjoys resolving complex order issues and coordinating across internal teams.

The Customer Resolution Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for customers experiencing damaged products, incorrect items, incomplete orders, shortages, and other order-related concerns. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires strong communication, follow-through, and the ability to keep customers informed while working with warehouse, service, and operations teams to reach resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to a high volume of customer calls and emails related to damaged, missing, incorrect, incomplete, or delayed orders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal warehouse, service, operations, and support teams.
- Investigate customer concerns by reviewing order details, communications, documentation, and internal system information.
- De-escalate frustrated customers with professionalism, empathy, and a clear focus on solutions.
- Track open issues, follow up on action items, document resolutions, and ensure concerns are fully resolved.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate trends that may help improve customer service and internal processes.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire.
- Work Arrangement: 100% on-site.
- Location: Lenexa, Kansas.
