Strategic Key Account Manager - Asset Management Services

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Strategic Key Account Manager to develop and maintain high-value customer relationships across the life-sciences portfolio. This remote role combines business development, relationship management, and technical expertise to deliver integrated solutions and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-value customers across product portfolio
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute complex deals
- Create and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer needs
- Serve as primary contact for key accounts and manage executive-level relationships
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for assigned accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of strategic account management in life sciences, biotech, or related fields
- Experience developing and executing multi-year commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of biotech and pharma industry dynamics
- Advanced negotiation, financial analysis, and business planning skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Executive-level presentation and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagement
Compensation: $143,900–$215,900 base, plus variable annual bonus
