( Hybrid) Project Overview:To assist in Governance arm of Procurement department with quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of contract data and minimization of manual efforts associated there with.Job Functions & Responsibilities:Assist with data validation and transition to new systems.Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts.Assist with ad hoc projects.Skills:Must be able to focus and provide 100% accuracy.Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand.Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience.Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant.Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree.Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office products.Knowledge of SAP, a plus.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
