The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a streamlined and engaging process for all team members. Additional responsibilities include managing compliance with employment laws, creating and updating company policies, and handling employee performance evaluations. The HR Manager will also play an active role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting professional development initiatives for the team.
