Sales Manager - Wedding Experiences

Location: Port St. Lucie, FL

Salary : $60K - $80K (OEM) Overtime Eligible Manager

You'll be the champion behind unforgettable celebrations, guiding couples from first inquiry to their dream wedding day. By building genuine relationships and crafting tailored packages, you'll turn love stories into revenue while elevating our this resort to a premier wedding destination. If you thrive on creating magical moments and driving results, this role lets you lead with heart and make every "I do" shine.

Qualifications :

Wedding planning and execution experience

Sales experience preferred

Proven experience in driving results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals, and hitting solicitation call targets

Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out with solicitation calls, lead engaging sales tours, and host clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments

Act as the client consultant, to manage budget, research and recommend vendors, negotiate contracts, design concepts, create BEO and F&B execution

Maintain visibility in the local community and industry organizations
