Full-Time Post-Acute Care Physician | Sterling Heights, MI
Overview
Seeking a compassionate, autonomous Physician to provide dedicated patient care across skilled nursing facilities in Sterling Heights. Enjoy strong clinical mentorship, dedicated night call coverage, and substantial uncapped earning potential.
Role & Schedule
- Schedule: Full-time (5 days/week, in-person)
- Lead comprehensive patient assessments and individual care planning.
- Coordinate closely with an on-site multidisciplinary team and facility staff.
- Receive structured 3-month onboarding, clinical mentorship, and specialized leadership training.
Compensation & Perks
- Target Annual Compensation: $230,000 to $270,000 Salary and fee-for-service
- Uncapped productivity potential

Qualifications
- Active Michigan medical license and DEA registration.
- Background in post-acute, acute, ED, or outpatient medicine (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Board Certification in family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
