Integrated Support Planning & Management Specialist - F-15 Korea (Experienced or Senior)

Position Overview Integrated Support Planning and Management Specialist (Experienced or Senior) in Hazelwood, Missouri. The role supports parts repair, part acquisition, and fleet readiness, collaborating closely with Program Management and Boeing Global Services. Responsibilities Establish and communicate objectives and goals to ensure high‑quality products and timely delivery. Conduct aircraft obsolescence and part research related to current fleet operations and future modifications. Use online part database tools such as SMART, TAV, Haystack, SCARS, and ADPLS. Partner with Boeing buyers, suppliers, and Supply Chain to maintain strong relationships. Develop and maintain supplier statements, proposals, and project charters aligned with project and organizational goals. Basic Qualifications (Required) 3+ years of Integrated Logistics Support experience for a defense platform. 3+ years of experience identifying and communicating business requirements with cross‑functional teams. 3+ years of experience working with foreign governments or knowledge of foreign government systems. Experience in a military supply support environment including demand and inventory management. Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. Experience with F‑15 aircraft part tracking. Supply Chain experience. Pay ranges: Experienced $94,350 – $127,650; Senior $118,150 – $159,850. Export Control Requirements Position requires U.S. export control compliance. Security Clearance Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance with U.S. Citizenship required. Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start is required.
