Client Services Associate, Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate to join our Towson, MD Medicare-certified Home Health team. Responsibilities for a Client Services Associate: Provide superior customer service and quality home care support Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling needs Oversee and proactively grow your Client Services Associate caseload Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations Develop strong and communicative relationships with internal team members Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring key metrics, including admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral outcomes Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees Qualifications for a Client Services Associate: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS preferred Previous medical office or home care experience preferred Prior supervisory experience is a plus Demonstrated success in taking on increasing levels of responsibility and achieving goals Strong ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization Strong computer skills required, including experience with electronic medical records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why You’ll Love BAYADA: BAYADA Home Health Care offers the stability and structure of a national company with the values and culture of a family‑owned business.
