Client Services Associate, Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Associate in Gaithersburg, MD to support our Medicare‑certified home health senior living office. Responsibilities Provide superior customer service and quality home care Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues Manage your Client Services Manager caseload Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics such as admissions, Medicare percentages, and referral rejection reasons Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree minimum Prior knowledge of or experience with Medicare and OASIS is a plus Prior medical office or home care experience preferred Prior supervisory experience a plus Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement) Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $50,000–$55,000, with up to an additional $9,000 in quarterly performance‑based incentives.
