Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be part of the HR department supporting the manufacturing facility in Smyrna, GA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Smyrna, GA

Pay Range: 55-65K

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and supervisors at the Smyrna location
• Provide guidance and support regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, attendance, and employee concerns
• Maintain consistent communication with the HR Manager and leadership teams across facilities
• Support employee relations matters, coaching conversations, disciplinary documentation, and workplace investigations as needed

What's Needed?

• Experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing, warehouse, or fast-paced environment preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance processes
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, and/or timekeeping systems preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus
