Role Description The Aesthetic RN is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role involves performing and assisting with non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as body contouring, laser procedures, and skin therapies in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards. The Aesthetic RN will conduct client consultations, assess medical history, develop treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-care guidance to support optimal outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring client responses to treatments, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating follow-up visits, and collaborating closely with providers and support staff to ensure a smooth, client-centered experience. The role also includes participation in ongoing training, staying current with aesthetic best practices, and contributing to a professional, welcoming clinic environment. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida and current BLS/CPR certification. Clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field; two years experience a must. Strong client consultation skills, including medical assessment, treatment planning, and clear communication of risks, benefits, and aftercare. Demonstrated commitment to safety, infection control, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in a clinical setting. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, support diverse clients, and deliver a high level of service and professionalism. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, time management, and accurate documentation in electronic health records. Interest in holistic wellness and skincare, with willingness to learn new technologies, products, and techniques in medical aesthetics. Availability to work full-time on-site in Miami, FL, including occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
