Your Role and Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering tests, and creating individualized care plans
• Diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic health issues, working alongside physicians or autonomously based on your qualifications

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Minnesota
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the ability to acquire them within 90 days
