Staffing Recruiter

Responsibilities Implement all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling start dates. Ensure the quality of candidates to achieve high fill rates, show rates, and retention. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Utilize company technology to maintain data accuracy in all recruitment actions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Enhance the company’s image at community events through relationships with local organizations and community leaders. Impact the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional customer service experience. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams. Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
